This version streamlines the operational procedures when links require specific power configs due to environmental factors that the CENTAURI software cannot dynamically adjust. It also introduces changes which will allow for future performance improvements to be rolled out faster and more reliably

- Gracefully handle timeouts in the vision sensor frame capture after time synchronisation

- Improve the resiliency to errors when running the camera stream during alignment

- Add the ability to switch between different AEC algorithms at runtime to allow for faster performance improvements updates
- Implement multi-layer configs to streamline device configuration updates for the Transcelestial Solutions and Services team
