Is "fine-tuning" necessary for every deployment and every link?

Yes, it is essential to run the "fine-tuning" (or calibration) process for every Centauri link, during deployment. Fine-tuning modifies the signal strength of paired devices to optimise the power used for sending and receiving data.

As of version 4.1+ (September 2022) of the Device Management and Deployment App, fine-tuning can be initiated after logging into the DMD app on a CENTAURI device.

When performing calibration, fine-tuning must be run from each of the two CENTAURI devices in a link. The process must be initiated for each device after logging into the DMD app, and should be performed sequentially, one device at a time.
